Builders follow a blueprint when they construct a home. Similarly, we should always have a framework to guide the creation of training and our efforts to develop others. This requires taking time to define and understand the goal, identifying any gaps, and recommending a set of solutions that align with the goal (the blueprint!).

Analyze business challenges & recommend solutions
I will work to understand the amount of analysis that is appropriate for the available time and resources, identify the root cause of business problems, and recommend appropriate training and non-training solutions.
Create standards, processes, and alignment
If existing processes need refinement or are not already established, I will collaborate with the Education team and business partners to define and implement processes and standards for greater efficiency and consistency.
Inspire creative teams to deliver results
I meet team members where they are. By taking time to understand their current goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity, I can determine how I or other team members can help them gain confidence, motivation, and skill.
